By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Appointment Deposit
A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the final cost of the service. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice without losing the deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Customers must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide proper notice may result in loss of the deposit and possible denial of future booking without prepayment. If a technician arrives and the customer is unavailable, the deposit may be forfeited.
3. Mobile Service Conditions
Customers must ensure the vehicle is present at the scheduled time, adequate space is available, and safe working conditions are provided. If the environment is unsafe or inaccessible, we reserve the right to reschedule.
4. Weather & Workspace Requirements
Customers are encouraged to provide a garage, carport, or covered area when possible. We reserve the right to reschedule due to rain, excessive wind, or severe weather. Rescheduling due to weather will not result in deposit forfeiture.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services. Failure to submit payment may result in collections action, filing of a mechanic's lien where applicable under Florida law, and recovery of additional costs.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in collections action, legal recovery of the service amount, and additional fees. Documentation may be used as evidence.
7. Window Film Warranty
We provide a lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects such as peeling, bubbling, adhesive failure, and delamination. The warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer, scratches, improper cleaning, pre-existing glass defects, or damage from sharp objects.
8. Window Film Shade Selection
Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred film shade. Dissatisfaction with the chosen shade after installation is not a defect or warranty claim. Customers are responsible for ensuring shade compliance with Florida tint laws.
9. Film Curing & Drying Period
Minor water bubbles or haze after installation is normal. Full curing typically requires approximately 3 sunny days. Do not roll down windows during this period.
10. Dust & Contamination Disclaimer
A completely dust-free environment cannot be guaranteed with mobile installations. Minor dust particles may occasionally occur and are within industry standards.
11. Vehicle Cleanliness
Customers are asked to ensure the vehicle interior is reasonably clean around the windows. We are not responsible for contamination caused by excessively dirty conditions.
12. Pre-Existing Glass Damage
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage including scratches, rock chips, pitting, previous adhesive residue, or factory glass imperfections. These may become more visible after installation.
13. Tint Removal Services
We are not responsible for damage to rear defroster lines or pre-existing damage visible during removal.
14. Photography & Marketing
We reserve the right to photograph completed installations for marketing purposes. No personal identifying information will be shared without permission.
15. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if working conditions are unsafe or the customer behaves inappropriately.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
